Why isn't Britney Spears' Blackout so popular?

Britney Spears new album blackout a few good tracks. Some of her new songs are very well, for example, piece of me is a good song that actually has meaning to the lyrics. Britney's CD is good, her songs are the same pop songs as usual. So why is no blackout gets all the attention from the other albums have you? shouldn't this CD bring back Britney's career?

The paparazzi are paid by the newspapers and magazines they sell their images. What you get paid depends on how popular the celebrity, the quality of the image and how outrageous the image. I remember I interviewed a man who devoted his life to just break photos of Michael Jackson. Anyway, he went through all the photographs he had taken and I think his photos a minimum of $ 5,000 each.
