I have a piece of art – photography by Jim McHugh, any ideas on where to sell it, I've tried ebay & Craigslist?

I have a 3 print piece, custom matted, (the artist) on Polaroid media. * Not exactly a Polaroid type camera. This is a high-end media exclusively used by professionals. – It is architechture a dark interpretation of Walt Disney's Concert Music Hall. It is a limited edition, one of only 25 in the world, including one owned by the architect of City Hall, Frank Gehry has been his art collection. The photographer, Mr. Jim McHugh, from People Magazine, and Architectural Digest Fame. His collection appeared recently at the ArcLight in Hollywood. This piece is the series of (3) images that appear when you enter the site www.jimmchugh.com.

Contact a few art galleries, especially those who specializing in photographic art. Ask them to help them put up for sale. You will have to pay them a commission of course, but it can still work out in your favor.

Where is the best place to sell online digital photography?

Where is the best place to sell quality, digital photography, stock and / or print? I've heard there is a larger market for overseas stock photos? Has anyone read any digital photography business books they can recommend? Any help to offer would be greatly appreciated. I have great photography skills and have great pictures, so maybe on a personal website using a private vendor for printing and dropshipping? Does anyone have any success on any of the above? I'm looking for people with experience and expertise in the areas that have been successful or can help me understand why they do not possess. I am very curious to hear back from you all. Thanks again.

Those ads you see that say that they pay for pictures are usually scams. They prey on people who think they are photographers just bc they have a digital camera. The truth is that there is less demand for buying Photos of BC there are so many online that can simply be copied and stored so there is no need for people to buy the photos. Would you like a professional, starting with a number of classes in a local community college and see if its right for you.

Sorry. They are not an official website. In fact, I do not think they feel comfortable publishing their relationship. They also do not have a MySpace page. You will only find fans and imitators of them. Frankly there is no way for them to send a personal email, especially if you do not know. However, there is talk that George Clooney has a real myspace page (only time will tell if it's really him). So, I propose to send him.
